People usually prefer to stay calm. Of course, we don’t like inconvenience; however, it is also tough to change our lifestyles abruptly.

This collision is like the relationship between water and oil, and this brakes the acceleration of creation. It means that we feel scared. Our reluctance for creating new ideas and process stems from this essence, the opposition between revolution and convention. We see this in a wide range of areas like systems and the cultures in different countries.

But we should proceed in this harsh and bumpy way with confidence in order to make bright future.
